First Citizen Nyaman Duwei Biada

As First Citizen, Biada is the second most powerful centaur in the Kingdom of Xu, helping King Xog Beidoun in the day to day administrations of the realm and the lesser islands. A loyal servant of the king and his father, he grows increasingly suspicious of General Xou Sinduan, seeing him as a potential rival. Serving his king, he rarely leaves the capital and so is not directly involved in the narrative.
