Wadder Breakthrough Therapy

Utility

Wadder Breakthrough Therapy is used for the most serious of injuries (usually ones that involve a lot of bleeding or bones that need to be quickly healed).  The treatment involved being placed in a Hydroponic Healing Tube, which is then filled with a gel-like water fluid that is electrified and filled with microbots which heal the wounds on the person in the tube up to twenty-four times faster than they would otherwise.  Some injuries that can't be healed otherwise, like to the heart, brain, or spinal cord, can only be healed with this new technology.

Access & Availability

Wadder Breakthrough Therapy should be a technology that is available to everyone, and the insistence to keep it secret and limited to only members of Homeland State Authority is what set Dr. Ariarne Yu Mei to leave the organization.  Within the organization, the treatment is really limited to Strike Team and Shield Team members because of the cost and complexity of the treatment (not to mention that the organization is more likely to spend those resources on the members that are harder to replace than any of the cannon fodder members).

Discovery

Wadder Breakthrough Therapy was first discovered by Dr. Jenna Cooke and Dr. Ariarne Yu Mei in their race to come up with a healing technology that would make the soldiers of the Homeland State Authority practically invincible.  It took the two of them over a decade of hard experimentation in order to make any kind of progress towards discovery.  It wasn't until they came up with the Hydroponic Healing Tubes that Wadder Breakthrough Therapy was successful.
