Think, Nasgovia Document in Hoomanland | World Anvil

Think, Nasgovia

Think, Nasgovia. Fathom me. Approach me. And die.
— Eidolon
"Think Nasgovia" is a broadcast sent by Eidolon Administration in 114 AC by Eidolon after their attempted assassination at the hands of Algernon. Despite being directed to the Exodus Ships, the message was also broadcast throughout the CityState, both through television and radio.

Purpose

The purpose behind the broadcast was a number of things: Firstly, the broadcast was a warning to the Exodus Council that if they didn't hand over the terrorist, then war would break out and the CityState would eradicate all of them. It was intended to strike enough fear into them that they would hand over Algernon to be made an example of.   As well as this, Eidolon had broadcasted it to the whole of the citystate to show their citizens that despite getting shot in the head, he was still strong and standing, living up to the title of "God Emperor". After Eidolon has been initially shot, word had managed to escape the Citadel causing worry and concern among many of the Homeworld Hoomans.

Result

They are a danger to the Nasgovian People, so it was the most straight forward solution!
— Algernon
Despite the broadcast, the Exodus Leader and Council came to the decision to not hand over Algernon, instead began to prepare for retaliation. This would lead into the Hooman Civil War.
