World Tree Airship

World Tree Airships, someimtes shortened to WT Airships, are airship that use resources from the World Tree to enhance their performance using World Tree airship technology.

Types of WT Airships

There are two main classifications of WT airships.

Type-1 WT Airships

Type-1 WT airships rely use the juice form of World Tree fruit, usually air-affinity fruits in particular, as fuel. This is the most common type of WT airship since previous types of fuel-dependent airships could be converted into Type-1 WT airships.
Some use fire-affinity fruits as a supplement (or alternate) fuel source, but air-affinity fruits are the most efficient.

Type-2 WT Airships

Type-2 WT airships house an actual tree the grows World Tree fruits inside the airship. The airship uses the tree as a sort of biological generator, absorbing the elemental energies emitted from the fruit to power to airship. This proved to be a more sustainable method, but factors, such as the time required to find and/or grow such trees and the popularity of the fuel method, prevented this from becoming a more common practice.
The trees generate a static amount of power, so to increase their speed, Type-2 WT airships either need a way to store energy or an alternate source of fuel or power. Thus, many Type-2 WT airships have Type-1 technology or other types of airship technology installed as supplements.
