Purpose / Function

To help train individuals capable of manipulating aether to allow them to perform magic. Upon completing the years requirement and present a wonderful showcase of what they've learned, they can legally perform magic outside of the facility.

History

Founded around 1921 by Roman Ecklar and late Lookout director Marcus Nez as a means to help create more Magi for another potential border conflict between races. Eventually they changed up its reasoning for the development of future world researchers.
