Rinash Temlin
Lord Rinash Temlin commands the Eastern Fleet of Forbin's navy, overseeing the defence of Forbin's eastern shores.
The fleet is harboured in the city of Mintrass , and is the larger of Forbin's two main fleets. It controls the Sea of Fair Winds and supports the Peacekeeper occupation of Teros. Temlin reports to Lord Barran, the Supreme Commander of the King's Navy.
Temlin is an incredibly competent commander and a strategic thinker. He has an excellent working relationship with the Lord Guardian, Yan Ghernon.
