The 10th century was a turbulent time for the Thalissian Empire, with multiple rebellions and threats emerging that began to weaken its once-great power.
In Forbin, the death of King Asandrin III without an heir led to the Lords Guardian taking control. Meanwhile, Dayn declared himself king of a new kingdom of Remon, and the Seynan Islands successfully declared their independence from Forbin, further fracturing the political landscape of Helerin.
