The Gardemoor empire emerged from the first human settlement on the Gardemoor continent. Travelling by ship from Akroasia, the first settlers arrived on an island they named Harmony's Landing, which would later evolve into the megacity of the Archonate. The Empire would grow to include the entire continent as well as the Cravv Isles to the east. Its founding marks the end of the PE era, and the start of the GE era. Its fall marks the end of the GE era, and the start of the PGE era.
