Vicar
Vicars stand above priests as leaders of local regions. Of the higher ranks they involve themselves with governing the Church and tending to their flocks within the cities and towns.
Duties
Establishing churches and funding the general well being of the clergy as a whole.
Responsibilities
Guiding the spiritual advancement of the clergy and those within the community. Some Vicars also fill whatever role is needed of them (i.e. giving sermons, leading holy rites, and counseling political figures).
Benefits
A higher level of authority and living quality is given to Vicars. At the same time, they can be on par with Nobles in terms of treatment at court or when visiting the Senate.
