Priestess Deineira Hesione is the leader of the Sea Side Church and the religious warden for the District.  Of all the members of her rank in the city, she is the most liked by the common people, going out of her way to assist others and make them feel comfortable.  What's more, while most of the priestess in the city are firm followers of the Goddess Initiumartis, Priestess Hesione is a follower of the God Aquillia'Dante and was once a Naut.  Despite giving up her life at the Sea, she has good relations with the Nauts and administers the rites of the Church to them aboard their docked ships.
