Third Kivish Scouring

The Third Kivish Scouring was a series of terrible ancient wars waged with Ederstone weapons and monsters that devastated the lands of Northern Stildane from 1300 to 1419 ME.
The Third Scouring generally refers to the Empire of Kizen's campaigns of imperial expansion, initially led by the infamous Emperor/Empress Kazalim the Phoenix. These conquests began with a series of minor conquests from 1300 to 1320, then escalated into a full-fledged invasion of the Kingdom of Gennorholn and Kingdom of Verzavek in 1350. This force swept into the Kingdom of Hain itself in 1352, and devastated much of Graefsher from 1352 to 1355. Peace was settled between Kizen and Hain from 1360 to 1390, during which time the Empire of Kizen invaded Northward to conquer into Boram.
The thirty years of peace between Hain and Kizen exploded into war once again when Hain invaded to support a massive revolt in Trostev in 1390. It was at this time that the great druid Kamdra slew the Kivish emperor at the cost of their own life. In 1395, the Kivish were able to rally around a Kazalim's heir and quash the rebellion in the South, and marched again on Hain itself. The following year, the Empire of Kizen was able to launch a coup in the Hainish capital of Artoril, allowing Kivish troops to invade the Hainish Heartlands themselves. This ended in the destruction of Kazalim's dynasty in 1419, fracturing the Empire of Kizen and beginning the Fourth Kivish Scouring.
