Summary
Houses are family organizations that have official status within Hafiz City and Epo Rue. The Houses in Hafiz City originate from rebellion leaders, who were recognized during the liberation of Hoch El Aga (Hafiz City's previous name) at the end of The Eclipse by the Sun Dynasty . The Noids from these official Houses, almost unequivocally, form the stock from which high ranking and official royal positions are filled within the government and religious network of Hafiz City. Each house has its own sigil but they differ in their way of organizing themselves and relating to each other. The Houses of Hafiz City and Epo Rue are beholden and loyal to the Sun Throne but there are Houses that exist that are not officially beholden or loyal to the Sun Throne, like House X'yhin.
