Mount Asturga Observatory

Mount Asturga Observatory is perched atop Green Run's only natural landmark, Mount Asturga. Towering above the rest of Town, the Observatory is the Headquarters of the Green Run Scientific Society and its small visitor center serves as a miniature museum to the GRSS and its many projects in town throughout the years, from the refurbishment of Mount Asurga's Ski Lodge to the newer additions such as the Power Plant, rides designed for WWWWW, and most recently: the autonomous bus project!
The Observatory does hold events when there are celestial events such as comets or planet alignments, but buy and large its not the most active part of Mount Asturga, that being the Ski Lodge, which sees steady tourism throughout the year either for the skiing in the winter, or the hiking the rest of the year. The visitors center in the Observatory offers tours daily, allowing a small peek behind the curtain at GRSS.
