Dr. Malcolm Percival
Dr. Malcolm Percival is the head of the Green Run Scientific Society (GRSS), and responsible for many of the technological advancements seen by Green Run in recent years, including the power plant's reconstruction, the rejuvenation of Mount Asturga with the establishment of the Observatory and refurbishment of its trails and ski lanes for public use.
Now a man of science, Malcolm started out, oddly enough, as a politician. Becoming a House Representative for the State of Washington at the age of 30, championing a message of Technological Advancement and aligning himself with the proper people in DC. He saw much success but always longed to create something for himself, leading him to not run for reelection and opting to head back to school instead; getting his doctorate and promptly moving to Green Run at the recommendation of an old friend.
Soon after arriving, he quickly made a name for himself in the small town after founding the GRSS; with the help of Gabriel Hanford, and later Mayor Ted Wilson, the GRSS would usher in a new age of innovation for the small town. Besides the aforementioned advancements, the GRSS has improved nearly every aspect of life for Green Run's citizens from the telephone lines to working with Waldo Wyler on state-of-the-art attractions for his theme park.
With the 50th Anniversary celebration looming overhead, many are champing at the bit to see just what Dr. Percival has up his sleeve for the golden anniversary, especially after all the murmurings of Autonomous Public Transportation.
