Named for its lesser noble patron, this skyscraper in Newtown is the northmost and westmost such building in Cheminée.
The Wizard Avtandil Iosava occupies it's rooftop penthouse.
Like most skyscrapers it has an elevator, powered by the Ogre doorman and maintained by a team of goblins.
