Avtandil Iosava

This wizard lives in a penthouse apartment atop one of Newtown'd skyscrappers in northwest Camino.
Xe is an associate of House Veilleux who is frequently called on as an arcane contractor. Because of some dirt the house has on Avtandil, Xe's often compelled to have a quick turnaround time even for last minute odd jobs. This subserviance to House Veilleux and the Agency of Operations gives Xim an odd camaraderie with Seraphin; for all the differences of their digs they're both servants in a way.
