Jarl Brena Vartuul (a.k.a. "The Wise")

The daughter of the former jarl Kelak Vartuul, Brena serves as the current jarl to the people of Titan Home. Born and raised as a dragon rider, Brena won her position in combat, taking up command of the dragon riders upon her father's death, battling the hordes of Bal Deneth. Shockingly, she was able to broker an armistice and a peace deal, concluding generations of fighting between the two city-states. The Jarl is attended by her "Council of Six," along with her honor guard, the leader of which is the half-giant named Gruul. In her limited free time, Brena likes to ride the air with her brothers and sisters of the dragon riders. Secretly (not so secretly, actually), Brena misses her days as a dragon rider and find the constraints of ruling both boring and limiting. This she confides only to her closest friend, the current captain of the dragon riders, the half-elf female named Reshale Valoras.
