Lordship of the Scale

The Lordship of the Scale is a martial government of mostly lizardfolk. Its citizens are subject to mandatory military service, and the law here is absolute and crushing. The city is also a site of pilgrimage for its large temple to Djeral, which has existed far longer than the city.
