Florin was a member of the Scofflaws' Guild in Zhilisky back around 50–60 BE, and was, for a short while was the caretaker of the Scofflaws' House before it became a ruin. He was ultimately wounded and chased out of town by Eveline Cagri, after he confided in them his plan to offer the non-Ihmisii of the town an ultimatum: leave, or be destroyed. His research notes remain with Eveline.
