Bayan Tonchev of Clan Jadebrooch is a Kaharotan Dwarf Wizard from the Heartlands.
Bayan was a part of the mining team that was exploring Felmithril Mine, funded by Dimitrinka Vekhen. After being rescued by the Scofflaws' Guild, he remained behind in Sigur. Though originally only staying behind to nurse his wounds, Bayan has become intrigued by the actions of the Scofflaws' Guild and the nature of "Master" Kronklin, to whom he has made himself an unofficial apprentice.
