Sammi Stavri
Sammi Stavri is a member of the Stavri guild-family and the youngest member of the Inner Assembly. She is the older sister to General Stavri and Agrippo Stavri. She is in her mid-sixties.
STORY
When Demir Grappo is summoned to meet with the Inner Assembly, he meets Sammi Stavri for the first time. She acts despondent and dejected, making Demir wonder if she were drunk or senile. However, she is mourning the death of her two younger siblings and two cousins at the hands of The Tall Man. She is also distraught because, according to Gregori Kirkovik, she is responsible for costing Ossa the Kerite's Drakes by being outbid by Grent. Demir shares his condolences for the death of her siblings, which Sammi takes offense to.
After Ossa loses a major battle against Devia Kerite, Tadeas Grappo speculates that such losses against the Kerite's Drakes will likely cost Sammi her seat on the Inner Assembly.
