Helenna Dorlani
Helenna Dorlani is an Ossan political liaison. She is cousin to Jevri Dorlani.
STORY
Helenna Dorlani attends Demir Grappo to oversee his negotiation with Myria Forl, the mayor of Holikan. Though Helenna appears civil, Demir knows she has tried to politically undermine him behind his back, a problem he easily curtails by bribing her cousin Jevri Dorlani to report on her. When Demir offers Holikan amnesty, Helenna insists that tradition dictates that Demir force the citizens to cull every tenth person as a punishment for rebellion. However, Demir refuses, citing there was a difference between law and tradition. She is later genuinely surprised when the army goes forward to sack the city, against Demir's direct orders.
