Coordinator-Lieutenant Prosotsi, also called Lieutenant Prosotsi, is in charge of support staff in the Ossan Foreign Legion, including the medics.
STORY
When Glory refuses to operate on Braileer Holdest due to the cureglass shortage, he cites Coordinator-Lieutenant Prosotsi's policy that cureglass be reserved only for high-ranking officials, glassdancers, and Breachers. Idrian Sepulki decides to add one more year to his debt marker in exchange for the cureglass, and he approaches Lieutenant Prosotsi with this proposal. She asks if he is sure, considering his debt is over in only a few days. He insists, and she thanks him for his service, stating that the Foreign Legion now owns one more year of his life.
