Busker
This busker is an old violinist who performs in the Castle District for money. She wears a brightly-colored minstrel's tunic and carries a ratty violin case slung over one shoulder. She has major talent as a glassdancer, which she uses to animate a multicolored glass bird to fly while she plays.
STORY
While Kissandra Vorcien tracks down the Castle Hill Garroters, she sees the busker performing for some children. Kizzie finds it odd that a woman with major glassdancing talent is not part of the military, as most major talents join up, but she notes that woman seems to be enjoying her life as a street entertainer. After Kizzie kills the Garroters and takes back their stolen goods, she tosses the busker a confiscated gold watch on her way to the Assembly District.
