Blood of Bane
~2500 to 3200AC The date is mostly unknown
One of the most unique legends in Zarythian history is that of a Bane who reversed the Lycan Curse, Taloreans do not wish to acknowledge this legend, but the term Blood of Bane is regularly used as a derogatory term against Taloreans who have been marked by a Jondorian Bane.
One of the nicknames other Saharians have given those saved by a Jondorian Bane is Blood of Bane, others are Line of Bane or just Banes with the implication of ‘they are banes of existence’ and should be eradicated. It is a fairly new term, Blood of Bane, the other terms are far more ancient but Blood of Bane is directly connected to the legend of a Bane reversing the Curse of a Lycan.

The truth of this legend wades in muddy waters as some in Sordean society believe the curse was reversed after transformation, the Eons agree with the Sordeans assessment. Azurians and Taloreans disagree, claiming direct manuscript knowledge that the metamorphosis had not been complete. Gideans, their Elects believe either could be true and are most curious about the truth in this legend and have their own recorded historical opinion from Elect Hatlan, whom will be covered in another history. Zarythians of course wholeheartedly believe it is true, they do not think their innate sacrificial magic has any limits.
