(5%) Are retired Diadems who lead, counsel and give help to the Silver Crown until their death to their people only. They never leave the oceans, for at the great age Elects are at, the shock of no ocean is far more strenuous but on a rare occasion an Elect has gone above water to heal the dead (but this is only in legend).
