Millstone Village is a small but well-traversed farming village in the Mellow Meadows of
Magnapolis where the main roads cross the Grinding River.
It is most famous for the
Milestone Inn (1 gold/night), where the welcoming hostess Luci Miller serves her special dinner - long-baked pulled lamb and potatoes. It is said that Luci - a human with fair features - stumbled into the village some years ago, having lost her memory, and was taken in by the gnomish couple who used to run the inn before her.
The only other building of note is
Woolworth's Country Store, run by the elderly forest gnome Goneril Woolworth and his offspring. He always has a new incredulous story to tell - especially about the exploits of the legendary "Woolzard".
