Chronomancer Wizard
As their name alludes, the passage of time is sacred to the Gods of Time and Order. Thus chronomancy - the manipulation of time through magic - has historically been frowned upon in the Eight States of Chronan as blasphemous and trying to act like the gods., In recent times, however, Headmistress Urania Pendergast of the Czenovan magic academy of Chronologicum has been able to convince the council of the clockwork city to give permission to train wizards in the art of bending time, in the basis that it is the highest form of honoring the gods. After graduation, these wizards take the title of "Chronomancer".

6th level: Potent Chronomancy
10th level: Delayed Casting
14th level: Dualcasting
When you cast a levelled spell that has a casting time of 1 action, you can cast it as a bonus action instead.
When you cast a levelled spell as a ritual, or the spell has a casting time greater than 1 minute, you can cast it in 1 minute instead.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain expended uses after finishing a long rest. You cannot use this feature for cantrips or spells that are cast from magic items or scrolls.
School of Chronomancy Features
This subclass is only available to a wizard who has trained at the Chronologicum in High Czenova. While many view it as a gift from the gods, the use of time-bending magic is still considered blasphemous by some religious people around Chronan.Manifestations of Order
Just like in the case of Clockwork Soul Sorcerers, the use of chronomancy manifests in special ways. Consult the Manifestations of Order table and choose or randomly determine a way your connection to order manifests while you are casting any of your spells.- d6 Manifestation
- Spectral cogwheels hover behind you.
- The hands of a clock spin in your eyes.
- Your skin glows with a brassy sheen.
- Floating equations and geometric objects overlay your body.
- Your spellcasting focus temporarily takes the form of a tiny clockwork mechanism.
- The ticking of gears or ringing of a clock can be heard by you and those affected by your magic.
Fast Scribing
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the time you spend to copy spells into your spellbook is halved, but the cost of gold remains as normal.Quickened Casting
Also starting at 2nd level, you can reduce the time it takes to cast spells using spell slots:Potent Chronomancy
Starting at 6th level, you add the haste and slow spells to your spellbook, if you don't already have them there. You always have these spells prepared, and they do not count against the number of spells you can prepare. When you cast a spell that affects the flow of time, namely haste, slow and time stop, creatures you of your choice have disadvantage on saving throws against the spells. Furthermore, you have advantage on Constitution saving throws made to concentrate on these spells.Delayed Casting
At 10th level, you learn how to store spells in a pocket dimension to be unleashed at the most opportune moment. When you spend a spell slot to cast a spell, instead of it taking an effect immediately, you can release it at any time you wish until you finish a long rest. You can only delay one spell at a time in this manner, but you can cast and concentrate on other spells in the meantime. If your delayed spell requires concentration, you lose concentration on a previous spell when you release it. If you fall unconscious, die or do not release the spell before finishing a long rest, the spell is lost.Dualcasting
Starting from 14th level, you can accelerate the time around yourself to cast two spells at a time. When you cast a spell as a bonus action, you can cast any spell of 5th level or lower with your action, instead of only a cantrip. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long or a short rest.
