The Rattle

The Rattle is a massive abandoned ship, moored on the remains of a burnt out dock in Quayz. It has since been turned into lodgings, mostly for itinerant workers and short-term visitors. 
The many, many holes in the vessel let in the perpetual fog of the city. That, along with the crowded quarters, gives the Rattle a particular scent that many locals admit "takes a little getting used to."
