Storm Riders
Storm Riders for lack of a better term of freaking crazy. But also highly appreciated for their work as most of the more dangerous professions are. As what they do has often the direct benefit of keeping people alive.
Though started by a religious sect of the Seekers, the Storm Riders requires no religious affiliation to join and the brave souls that do find welcome everywhere they go. Since they are the harbingers of doom however they're not always welcome with smiles.

Structure
There are three kinds of Storm Riders, originally there where the Plunges, people who entered the storm to learn about it, today they're called the the Struck as they became known for being hit by lightening.
After the original organization formed a second group developed, often these people became known as Harbingers, they stuck to the perimeter of the Storm riding out to settlements to move them away or advice them to find shelter.
The last group formed after the first two mainly they where stationary positioned along the main path of the storm to provide supply, aid, and gathered what had been learned by the Struck to study further and share with others. These teams are known by most as the Eye, mostly due to the fact that their home bases are built to provide safety and shelter from the storm to those who seek it.
Each group as its own leaders, ranks when separated are mostly determined by seniority. Though the Struck have a funny tendency to promote those who manage to survive the lightning strikes they're infamous for getting hit by.
When the groups meet they generally collaborate, with the leader depending on the closeness of the storm. If the storm is distant or unlikely to hit, the Eye is the group in charge as their experts on the region, when a storm is approaching Harbingers where in charge as they new the most about what was coming. When a storm was actively above the Struck are in charge as they know best the inner-workings of the phenomenon.
