A special rank that sits on the small council, ranked higher than all but the emperor/empress. If the current Imperial line dies out one Dominar or Dominess would be chosen to be the new Emperor or Empress.
The process would involve the Leader of the Circle, The Archpriest, The leader of the Red Mantis Assassin Guild, Marius Darkmoor and if he is Alive Daican

Proven Service to the Empire

Awarded the title by the Emperor or Empress. Small ceremony held before they can join the council

to serve the best interest of the empire at all times

Sit on the council and attend every meeting, advise the throne, help run the empire

treason, not doing the job
