A yellow skinned demon who sometimes wears plate armour and two tower shields but is usually seen with a tower shield mounted on the end of a staff which he uses to slice any opposition.
Merkayne rose up from the underworld with the want to do good. He formed the Pit to lock up miscreants millennia ago and then trusted his brothers to govern the prison. The jail fell into corruption as his demon kin could not uphold the honour he wished of the. The young Merkayne learned from his mistake and left to bring justice another way.
Merkayne formed the Markaynian Enclave. A group of warriors who would stand up for the weak and push his beliefs unto the world. Merkayne believes that an individual could change a bad person much more efficiently than any prison.
Those who join his order and follow their doctrine are granted godly boons for them and their ancestors to come.
