Kai-Teolich
Kai-Teolich is an interesting village that is on the Border of Tausoomi. This settlement, is completely inhabited by Isarians and a few humans. A real culture shock for those used to the eastern ways of life that Tausoomi had to offer.
Demographics
This settlement was a settlement that was granted asylum by Tausoomi by the Exiled Isarians of the west. Mostly inhabited by Isarian people, there are a few humans among the population.
Government
The town is considered a Protectorate of Tausoomi. Being a Primary Refugee camp for Isarian war victims they would answer to a Maestor that reports directly to the Dynasty that rules Tausoomi.
Defences
There is a Detachment os Tausoomi Samurai that protect the town, and a new Imperial Isarian Guards who joined in arms with the Tausoomi Military.
Infrastructure
It is a humble farming town that specialises in livestock and controlled crops from the western half of the continent.

The city lies in a open field with light forests about it. Again it remains on the coast for Easy Acess to the rest of the world.
