A Research Commander and head of the First Outpost, Research Station 001. Typically called "Coop," Cupiditas has run the First Outpost for over a decade and is widely considered the most powerful Vesperian outside the City of Light.

Coop appears in the first and last chapters of "Mutual Accord." He makes a coercive deal with Prospertine, offering her refuel and information in exchange for securing the release of Argosite hostages from Midianar.
