Mythology & Lore
After Osiris made the universe, and hunter made the plants, Hana made the animals. She was searching for a design that could best emmulate the skill she can give them. Having made thousands of species of fish by accident(typical ADHD moment) she moved on to primates and eventually settled on humans. She made the first few of the very plant life and animals and even the planet around her. And at the snap of her fingers, they were animated, and not made of enviromental things around them. They learned and progressed quickly even up to simple tools before the end of the day.
Divine Origins
One day, years after hana made the first humans, a human truely mastered the skill of persuasion (hana's favorite skill). She appeared before her and told her of the great feat she had accomplished. Hana gave this proficient human a choice, make her a religion or become the most powerful humanoid in the world. The human chose the the first option and was deemed "The Gifted Proficient".

Worship
To practice any of your skills.
Priesthood
You must prove yourself capable to an artisan priest before you can deemed as one of the skilled. And must prove yourself to the Gifted proficient to be deemed an artisan.
Granted Divine Powers
The gifted get expertise in a skill they are already proficient in. In addition they get the "Jack of all Trades" feature from the bard class.
The Artisans get their Jack of all trades Feature upgraded so works on top of normal proficiency or expertise. They also gain advantage on all checks they have expertise with.

Political Influence & Intrigue
Often accidentally manipulates the government into believing things. Such as there being a large force of rebelion soldiers in baykia among others. Most of the time this accidental manipulation results in safety for certain areas because the marines protect that area.
Sects
There are no lower sect of this religion, but there is a heigher one called "The Council of Gods". People of this religion do vaguely believe in the other gods, however the other gods have much less power over the world compared to Hana.
