Kholodno

A nation in the northern parts of Frantumare. Kholodno prides itself as the Nation of Resilience for surviving the harsh cold climate for generations. As of current times, Kholodno is separated from its militaristic counterpart, Vosstat.

Demographics

Kholodno consists of Feras who escapes from other kingdoms, cities and nations. Due to the cold climate, most Feras are those with mammalian traits or hot-blooded. Cold-blooded Feras like the Sarpalis are rare but their population have increased as of late due to the recruitment of spies into Vosstat. Hot-blooded Feras are located near the mouths of Kholodno caves where they can guard from potential invasions with their Snow Bitzer companions. They're also capable to withstand the cold better. Cold-blooded Feras are located deeper into the cave system nearing the artifact Neverlasting Winter. The location is warmer which allows these Feras to move about without being limited by their Hibernation.

Government

Kholodno Federation is responsible in enforcing the law, collecting taxes and control the administration of the nation. There are five seats in the Federation, each controlling different aspects of the nation: law, economics, administration, military and public affairs. Under the watchful eye of the Tsarina, every projects or laws need her approval before proceeding and implemented.

Kholodno's value comes from their wealth. If compared to Adescheid, Kholodno is far more rich than the City of Night. Their wealth is what funds the military and technological advancements of Vosstat.
