The Forge of Ravek
Chapter One: The Anvil of Creation
In the beginning, there was naught but chaos, a formless void cloaked in darkness. From the depths of this abyss, Ravek arose, his mighty hammer in hand, and upon the anvil of the cosmos, he struck the first sparks of creation. With each resounding blow, he forged the fabric of existence, shaping the stars, the mountains, and the seas.
In the heart of his forge, Ravek breathed life into the first dwarves, kindling within them the flames of craftsmanship and resilience. He bestowed upon them the knowledge of the forge, teaching them to work the metals of the earth and harness the power of heat to mold their destinies.
Chapter Two: The Flame of Purpose
As the dwarves toiled in the depths, they discovered the sacred purpose bestowed upon them by Ravek. They learned that every strike of the hammer, every molten pour, was a testament to their devotion to the forge god. In the searing heat of the forge, they found not only the means of crafting weapons and armor but also the path to self-discovery and fulfillment.
Ravek teaches us that just as metal must endure the flames to be shaped into greatness, so too must we endure trials and challenges to forge our spirits into instruments of strength and virtue. In the crucible of adversity, we discover our true purpose and the power within us to overcome any obstacle.
Chapter Three: The Crucible of Reclamation
In the depths of the earth, where veins of precious metal intertwine with the roots of ancient stone, lies the realm of reclamation. Ravek teaches us that nothing is truly lost, for even that which is broken or discarded can be reforged into something of greater worth.
The dwarves honor Ravek through their craft, salvaging what others deem worthless and breathing new life into it through the transformative power of the forge. In this way, they embody the eternal cycle of creation, destruction, and rebirth that defines the essence of Ravek's domain.
Chapter Four: The Hammer's Call
As the echoes of Ravek's hammer resound through the caverns of the world, so too does his call echo in the hearts of his faithful. The dwarves heed the summons of the forge god, marching boldly into the depths in search of new veins to mine, new challenges to overcome, and new wonders to uncover.
Ravek teaches us that the path of the artisan is one of ceaseless striving and unyielding determination. Through diligence and dedication, we honor his name and uphold the ancient traditions of our forebears.

Personal history
Ravek was once a god full of cheer and celebration. He used to hold parties in dwarven taverns to celebrate their glorious victories in the battlefield and at home. He would occasionally bless the coffers of the dwarven holds himself, making sure that the greed and temptation of kings stayed long away from it. Now, however, he weeps and drinks with himself for days straight. Sometimes his cries echo through ancient dwarven holds and taverns.
Mental Trauma
Ravek now suffers from extreme depression. He does not eat, he does not sleep, and he does not smile. He is stuck in an endless cycle of mourning and inaction.
Morality & Philosophy
Ravek believes that the innocent should always be protected, without any exceptions. This even applied to wounded orcs near the tail end of the Dwarven Empire. He is also heavily dedicated to camaradery and friendship, believing that broken trust is one of the greatest crimes a dwarf could commit.
