Paladin Hector
Tycho Hector is a Midwest Brotherhood of Steel Paladin stationed in Camp Jefferson and responsible for Brotherhood operations in the central Missouri region, between Gravestone in the west and St. Louis to the east.
He was born into a Brotherhood family in Chicago in 2265. His father was an accomplished scribe and his mother was a decorated tank pilot. Tycho was groomed for command, almost from birth. And though he was a middling student, he quickly distinguished himself as a soldier.
In his 38 years of service as a field commander, Hector has fought in dozens of small skirmishes and rescue operations. He has won numerous medals and distinctions. He has repeatedly refused a position at high command in Chicago, preferring to work in the field.
For the past 8 years, Paladin Hector has commanded operations in Missouri, an assignment that requires him to maintain good diplomatic relationships with leaders in Caesar's Legion , Dixie, and The Capitol . Though this diplomacy has not stopped him from shoring up the Brotherhood's defenses.
It is well known that Paladin Hector is a personal friend of John Giscala. He is often seen traveling to Emancipation to continue their ongoing chess game. Which is why it came to many as a shock when Hector arrested Mayor Giscala for mayoral incompetence. The case went to trial in Gamma Town and Giscala was eventually acquitted, due to the actions of The Heroes of St. Louis.
