Taga

A taga is a small animal similar to a very small version of an Earth horse. They thrive in dry areas and are commonly kept on farms for their meat. They are one of the staple sources of meat in the Kingdom of Tanish. They are also the go-to animal for lesser sacrifices that aren't significant enough to lose a Camelops or a person.

Anatomy

They look like an Earth horse, but smaller. They have three, clawed toes rather than hooves and they lack a horse's mane and busy tail. Their tails are covered in the same short fur that's on the rest of their bodies.
