Daosrosa

Verrosa uk sra Jovk uk Daosr

It's... an eerie place, to say the least. Not really a place you want to get sent to by your boss, or your King, or anyone, really. You don't wanna be there during the day, and you certainly don't wanna be there when night falls. For us cats, night's a natural time, but for some reason it doesn't feel that way in Daosrosa.
Braakklavkol to Suseil in Chapter ??? of Book 0 - After Man.
Verrosa uk sra Jovk uk Daosr is almost deceptively beautiful. Truly, there is no place on Midprurua quite like it. But then, only a little of that has to do with its appearance. Most of Daosrosa's infamous reputation comes from what comes out of it: bodies.   Daosrosa is a body farm.

Industry & Trade

To begin, most of the inhabitants of the village are completely and totally dead.
— Unknown Panfelis soldier, written in a lost diary.
While no harm goes on in the village itself (so they say), this does not remove the fact that Daosrosa is, at its core, a body farm. A legal one, but a body farm nonetheless. This is almost entirely how the village stays afloat: by providing bodies, body parts, and skeletons to those willing to pay for it. Though most of its inhabitants are willing to do this the peaceful, legal way, there are many who are not.   It is still best to watch your back when visiting.

Really need more detail. Why is it a body farm??? Are the people living there corpses?? (from the solider's quote) Why does the rest of the world need bodies??   I wish you had sooo much more. I am interested but confused in why the village exists. The theme is nice. This place looks like a desert based on the picture, but in the sidebar is 'Location Under: Place of Much Rain'????

Yeah, it's pretty short but then again I just needed it to be done so I could submit it lol. But there's answers coming to your questions!

I am really intrigued by this article, especially with that first section. But there's so much unanswered here that I would really like to know: What is a "body farm"? Who uses the bodies the farms provide? Where do the bodies come from? What is the difference between the legal peaceful way of getting a body and the illegal and violent way? There is a lot more you could add into the article to give even small answers to these questions, and the atmosphere of this place is really great just from the small amount you've written.

Thanks so much, I know it's rather short but I have so much more coming and many answers to your questions! Thanks for leaving a review.

Like the others have pointed out, there's some detail here that need to be expanded on. Body farms in our world are places where forensic teams bury corpses (typically pigs) in the ground to practice corpse-finding techniques and technologies. I assume this is something different?

It's... an eerie place, to say the least. Not really a place you want to get sent to by your boss, or your King, or anyone, really.
This would be a great place for "show" instead of "tell". Instead of simply stating that it is eerie, tell us what about it makes the place eerie. Is it the sounds? What does it smell like? *Why* is there a need for this village? What are the people who live there like?   Stuff like that to think about when you add to it
