Nightking
Nightking is the title associated with the head of the Dhampir in Il Vire. Each of the Dhampir members of Il Vire had honorific titles, but Nightking was the only title to live on as it was spoken of and readopted by later developed Dhampir groups, ancestors of The Seven. Nightking Makatsa was the first one recorded, among the Dhampir who were rediscovered. In the current year of 140X, Nightking Masoabi rules over the organization of Il Vire. The title is transferred through ceremony when possible, using Bophelo's Razor to slit the Nightking's throat, and drain into a goblet. The successor drinks of the blood passed down from Makatsa, the blood of the Dhampir's primeval origins.
