Underdark
The Underdark is a vast series of caves and caverns located below the surface of Toril cloaked almost entirely in perpetual darkness. It is primarily home to creatures widely considered evil, such as the drow and mind flayers. Much like the surface of Toril, the Underdark has its own variety of geography, including various kinds of forests, more and less dense cave systems, and even entire seas.
