Court of Coral

The Court of Coral is one of the four Seelie fey courts, and a member of the Court of Stars. It is jointly ruled by the brother and sister eladrin Sea Lords, Elias and Siobhan Alastai. Elias rules the shallow waters of the Feywild as his domain, and Siobhan rules the deep oceans. Although the siblings are joint rulers, Siobhan prefers to let her brother act as their ambassador to the Court of Stars when necessary. As such, many less-informed travellers consider him to be the ruler of the Court of Coral.
