The Xanathar Guild
The eponymous Xanathar Guild is well known in Waterdeep for its wide range of criminal enterprises. founded in 1357 DR by Xanathar who has run it ever since. The actual identity of Xanathar is not known, he may be one person, many mascaraing as one, a fictitious character created by someone else, or even one of the Kua-Toa's gods, he could be anyone.
The Xanathar Guild has many criminal endeavors from petty crime, to mass bank robbing the guild does it all. They have also turned their sights on Undermountian seeing it's halls of secrets and treasure as a lucrative new business venture.
They are mostly centered on the upper levels and have a hold on Skullport. But unfortunately their operations on thefirst and second level were disrupted by a band of People Who Do Jobs For Money. The leaders of Big Ears Watch Post, Spider Eyes Watch Post, and Dead Eyes Watch Post were killed and the heads of the last two were taken. With drow House Auvryndar masterminding the takedown through their agent Rizzeryl.
