Waterdeep - Sea Ward
The Sea Ward is one of the most picturesque and affluent neighborhoods in Waterdeep, located on the eastern coast of the city. As its name suggests, the Sea Ward is known for its stunning views of the sea as well as the rest of the city.
The Sea Ward is home to some of the most prestigious and exclusive properties in Waterdeep, including the grand mansions of the city's wealthy elite and the sprawling estates of its nobles. The neighborhood is also renowned for its thriving arts scene, with numerous galleries, theaters, and concert halls showcasing the best and brightest talent from across the city and beyond.

History
The Sea Ward was officially included as one of the official wards of Waterdeep in the Year of the Crumbling Keep, 1276 DR, together with the North Ward.
