A war waged between the Gray Elf Kingdom of Lorth’elon and the Varin Empire.

Before the war the Varin Empire and the Kingdom of Lorth’elon. Under the rule of King Bravos Varin the empire declared war of the Kingdom of Lorth’elon. The war lasted seven years ending with the creation of the Deadwastes and the two sides at and uneasy truce. Official tensions are still high to this day.   The Varin Empire claimed the Lorthions were conspiring against them and planned to assassinate Bravos and his daughter Hildia.
