Last stand of Trollhattan
During the Empire Trade War the Bear Clan Island was control by the Azai Trade Family directly. Unlike the Snake Clan no Imperial army units were assigned there.
This left the Azai Trade Family Governor free to rule how they wanted. The Bear Clan had been one of the clans that regularly raided Azai Trade Family ships before the war. With the Governor losing several children to them. The Governor was determined to not only make them pay but also wanted to break them.
Once he took command of the Island they ordered all but 1 in 10 males killed, with the servicers losing 1 hand. This would prevent them from using the clan war axe while still being able to breed slaves for the farms. These practices continued though out the war with only 1-10 male children servicing passed the age of 2.
The Azai Trade Family then began to turn the Bear Clan into a place that could produce the food to keep the war fleet feed.
After the orders to abandon the Clan lands were given by the Surviving members of the war fleet. The governor ordered all members Bear Clan to be killed. Fortunately for the Bear Clan the governor had not realized that clan females were just as good at fighting as the males. The Clan had been secretly building up weapons and wanting for the right time to fight back.
Knowing that the Clans people could still escape and hide in the still untamed parts of the Island, The Governor split up his Troops into very small groups in order to wipe out the villages all at the same time. That's when the Bear Clan attacked back killing many of the troopers before they could escape back to Trollhattan.
However, the Governor still had 2 Dracon Empire airships and the defenses of Trollhattan with witch to kill as many of the Bear Clan as posable. One of the clerical officers serving on 1 of the airships was Obsidian. The ship had been used to run cargo between Trollhattan and the main base at Tumba but still Obsidian had heard what had been going on and seen how the Dracon Empire head priest on the island had been helping The Governor.
When the Ships Captain was given orders to kill all the clan's people they could from the air Obsidian asked Anubis God of Death for guidance about what was happing. Anubis God of Death came to him in person and charged Obsidian with protecting as many people as he could, as well as exacting revenge for the dead. Anubis God of Death struck the Azai Trade Family captain of the ship dead and ordered the crew to helpObsidian or there immortal souls would suffer.
The Captain of the 2nd ship was known to be religious so Obsidian gave them and their crew a chance to join him and also save their souls. They agreed so instead of attacking the surviving members of the Bear Clan they attack the remaining Azai Trade Family defenders of Trollhattan.
Using his new Inquisitor powers Obsidian not only killed the corrupted head priest and the Governor but also condemned their souls for the crimes. This was done by helping the Bear Clan make a scorn post in Trollhattan.
