Empire Trade War
This is the War between the Dracon Empire Southern Trade Houses and the The 12 human Clan's..
It started when the Dracon Empire Trade Council talked the then regent into ordering an attack against the The 12 human Clan's. forgetting that they were in the Pinnacle of Mammetun area of influence.
The Empire Trade Council, under the influence of the Azai Trade Family, put together a massive invasion fleet that also included the southern Imperial army and fleet.
The war started out good for the invading force with 5 clan islands falling to the Dracon Empire forces. However, the main invasion fleet was tricked into attacking the Otter Clan lands that surround the Pinnacle of Mammetun. The War fleet of the Pinnacle of Mammetun helped The The 12 human Clan's. forces, under the command of the 1st high king of the The 12 human Clan's., to not only beat the Dracon Empire war fleet but to also destroy it.
Only a few airships from the fleet returned, all support ships.
Virtually all of the southern imperial army was lost during this time. There were several reports of imperial army troopers protecting The 12 human Clan's. members from Trade Family house troops.
By the time the war was over, just under half of the clans' people had been Killed with some clans being almost wiped out by the Azai Trade Family. The War ended when the 1st Emperor was awoken from his sleep to be told what had happened by the regent. The regent had expected the Emperor to rally the rest of the Dracon Empire to destroy the The 12 human Clan's.. Instead, the Emperor executed the regent for attacking the Pinnacle of Mammetun area of influence. Once the Emperor gathered all information on what had been happenning. They condemned the Azai Trade Family to Death for starting the war and for conducting crimes against The Original 10 rules of genocide.
