The Circle of Blossoms
The Circle of Blossoms is an Ancient Stone Circle Set atop a Lone Hill in the center of the panoramic Steppes. This Ancient Stone Circle has been used by the Mood Druids ever since the year 484 which is as far back as recorded records date the location.
The Circle of Blossoms is one of seven stone Circles in Evermyst built on Mystical Energy Lines called Dragon Veins. The Site has specific Spiritual, and Lunar Calander significance to the Moon Druids and is used to time the Cycle of Evermysts two moons Zinus and Olea. The Moon Druids are one of the Oldest Religious Orders in Evermeyst for Humankind. The Moon Druids Erected the Circle of Blossoms in Honor of the Goddess Ovra. Legend has it that this hilltop is the only location in all of Evermyst where The Rose of Ovra blooms and is especially prolific growing within the Circle of Blossoms with its climbing vines growing out of the Flagstone and wrapping around the Great stone Pillars.
Geography
The Circle of Blossoms sits atop the Only Round Hill for Miles in the center of the Panoramic Steppes. The Hill as Strategic View of the whole grassland for miles and you can view the Stoneshard Peaks and the Moorburough Highlands. The Hilltop is also one of the Key locations to view a perfect Eclipse of Evermysts two moons Zinus and Olea.
Fauna & Flora
For some reason, the immediate area around the Circle of Blossoms is more lush than the rest of the Panormanic Steppes almost all year round. On the climb up to the Stone Circle, one can find abundant wild berry bushes, clover and wildflowers, and some of the healthiest Golden Oaks. Wild animals such as Pudu, Squirrels, Steppe Ravens, and the Occasional Wild Musk Ox can be seen around the area grazing, and foraging.
History
The CIrcle of the Blossoms Holds Historical significance primarily Moon Druids who Built the Ancient Stone Circle. There is also Historical Importance to the Local Human Population mostly the common folk of the Kingdom of Rivenar as they have had Early ties to the Moon Druids and the Worship of the Goddes Ovra. The Circle of Blossoms is the ceremonial site for the Moon Druids Culmination Ceremony it takes place during the Festival of the Moons every year.
Tourism
The Festival of Moons has become a popular event over the last couple hundred years that attracts tourism to an otherwise quiet and desolate region of the Panoramic Steppes.
