Holy Books & Codes
Homebound is a collection of epic poems telling the story of a boy, Siruel, who becomes lost as a boy and comes home many years later as a man. The parables in the story are said to be the worldly teachings of Kiaru.
"And Siruel knew in his heart of hearts that the moon would take him home, so he started to walk after it's winding path. He followed it for three nights before he decided he was headed the wrong way. But the moon smiled on him the fourth night, and it's guiding hand gave him the strength to continue. And so it was that Siruel left the lands of his shadow-bound past and took his first steps into the light."
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Kiaru's followers believe that lanterns should always be carried and always lit in case a wayward soul should need to find a way home. Stags were of particular importance to Kiaru, those blessed by her were as white as moonlight and said to go to those who needed them most.
Tenets of Faith
Kiaru and her followers would never let those in need of guidance go without if they could help it.
Holidays
Falselight was a sacred ritual celebrated when the moon passed the Plane of Shadow and let ghosts dance in the material once again. Kiaru's followers wore silver masks and entertained the spirits for the brief time they were back.
